The role of CCTV operators is often loosely used to refer to monitor and tracking suspicious activities – human, objects or events. The role appears “smooth” but in reality it has limitations. Depending on the organization, its role, and infrastructures, the security system layout (including CCTV cameras), either centralised or distributed, may differ in terms of its priorities, system integration, CCTV numbers and the manner the systems are to function. And, CCTV operators have a key role to play. This course is customized in accordance with clientele priorities, and it runs over 2 days. The course is fully interactive and taught by experienced trainers who have had long period of field experience in security industry.
